On-line Payments
The City of Shelton accepts on-line Visa and MasterCard payments for all city services. The payments may be debit or credit.
The city uses CityPayments.com to accept customer payments on-line. If you would like to pay on-line use this link, http://www.citypayments.com/
Choose “Pay A Bill”, and then please fill in your name, address, and type of payment, like “City of Shelton Utility Bill” or “Shelton Municipal Court”. Please include the utility account number or citation number you are paying for.
There is a fee of 4.95% of the payment amount for using this service. The City will receive notification of your payment. Any questions, please call Customer Service at (360) 426-4491.
